Undisputed Partial Cancellation definition

Undisputed Partial Cancellation has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 7.1 (Operational Performance);
Undisputed Partial Cancellation means a Partial Cancellation that is not a Disputed Partial Cancellation.

  • Undisputed Amounts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(iii).

  • Partial Taking means the taking of only a portion of the Premises which does not constitute a Total Taking; (4) "Date of Taking" means the date upon which the title to the Premises, or a portion thereof, passes to and vests in the condemnor or the effective date of any order for possession if issued prior to the date title vests in the condemnor; and (5) "Award" means the amount of any award made, consideration paid, or damages ordered as a result of a Taking.

  • Permanent partial disability means a permanent disability

  • Work loss means loss of income from work the injured victim would have performed if the injured victim had not been injured and expenses reasonably incurred by the injured victim in obtaining services in lieu of those the injured victim would have performed for income,

  • Partial Condemnation means any Condemnation which does not constitute a Termination Event.

  • Partial Payment means a payment that is insufficient to discharge all amounts then due and payable under the Finance Documents.

  • Disputed Amounts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(iii).

  • Partial Loss means any Physical Damage loss which is not a Total Loss.

  • Nonconforming sign means a sign or sign structure, other than a nonstandard sign or a sign that is erected and maintained in a business area along a scenic byway prior to the designation as a scenic byway, that satisfies 1 of the following:

  • Partial closure means the closure of a hazardous waste management unit in accordance with the applicable closure requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 724 or 725 at a facility that contains other active hazardous waste management units. For example, partial closure may include the closure of a tank (including its associated piping and underlying containment systems), landfill cell, surface impoundment, waste pile, or other hazardous waste management unit, while other units of the same facility continue to operate.

  • Total After-Tax Payments means the total of all “parachute payments” (as that term is defined in Section 280G(b)(2) of the Code) made to or for the benefit of the Executive (whether made hereunder or otherwise), after reduction for all applicable federal taxes (including, without limitation, the tax described in Section 4999 of the Code).

  • Undisputed as used herein shall mean any amount that the Subscribing Reinsurer has not contested in writing to the Company specifying the reason(s) why the payments are disputed.

  • Punchlist means a list of items of Work to be completed or corrected by Contractor after Substantial Completion. Punchlists indicate items to be finished, remaining Work to be performed, or Work that does not meet quality or quantity requirements as required in the Contract Documents.

  • Partial confinement means confinement for no more than one

  • Disputed Amount means an amount which Customer disputes. A Disputed Amount may relate to the whole or part of an invoice(s).

  • Partial Termination has the meaning set forth in the Section 6.3(a).

  • Final Withdrawal Notice Has the meaning specified in Section 5.02 of this Trust Supplement.

  • SF1-4 Intrinsic Loss Estimate means total losses under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement in the amount of eleven million dollars ($11,000,000.00).

  • Partial Disability or "Partially Disabled" means you, as a result of Injury or Sickness, are able to:

  • Final RTO Unforced Capacity Obligation means the capacity obligation for the PJM Region, determined in accordance with RAA, Schedule 8.

  • Application for Payment means Contractor’s monthly partial invoice for payment that includes any portion of the Work that has been completed for which an invoice has not been submitted and performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Application for Payment accurately reflects the progress of the Work, is itemized based on the Schedule of Values, bears the notarized signature of Contractor, and shall not include subcontracted items for which Contractor does not intend to pay.

  • Reduced leave schedule means a leave schedule that reduces the usual number of hours per workweek, or hours per workday, of an employee.

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • Special Hazard Loss Coverage Amount With respect to the first Distribution Date, $5,000,000. With respect to any Distribution Date after the first Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the greatest of (i) 1% of the aggregate of the principal balances of the Mortgage Loans, (ii) twice the principal balance of the largest Mortgage Loan and (iii) the aggregate of the principal balances of all Mortgage Loans secured by Mortgaged Properties located in the single California postal zip code area having the highest aggregate principal balance of any such zip code area and (b) the Special Hazard Loss Coverage Amount as of the Closing Date less the amount, if any, of Special Hazard Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Closing Date. All principal balances for the purpose of this definition will be calculated as of the first day of the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date after giving effect to Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans then due, whether or not paid.
