Unfunded Capital Commitment definition

Unfunded Capital Commitment means, with respect to any Investor at any time, such Investor’s Uncalled Capital Commitment to the applicable Borrower minus any portion thereof subject to a Pending Capital Call, the proceeds of which are intended to be applied to purposes other than payment of the Obligations.
Unfunded Capital Commitment means, with respect to any Investor at any time, such Investor’s Uncalled Capital Commitment minus any portion of such Investor’s Uncalled Capital Commitment that is subject to a Pending Capital Call.
Unfunded Capital Commitment means, with respect to a Subscriber, the amount of such Subscriber’s Capital Commitment as of any date reduced by the aggregate amount of purchases made by that Subscriber at all previous Drawdown Dates pursuant to Section 4.1.

  • As of the Closing Date, (i) the aggregate amount of the Investor Capital Commitments of all Investors (including PWM Investors) is set forth on Exhibit A hereto and (ii) the aggregate Unfunded Capital Commitment of all Investors (including PWM Investors) that could be subject to an Investor Capital Call is set forth on Exhibit A hereto.

  • The Subscriber and the Company agree and acknowledge that any distributions received by the Subscriber or reinvested by the Company on the Subscriber’s behalf shall have no effect on the amount of the Subscriber’s Unfunded Capital Commitment.


More Definitions of Unfunded Capital Commitment

Unfunded Capital Commitment has the meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement.
Unfunded Capital Commitment means, with respect to a Fund Limited Partner as of any date, such Fund Limited Partner’s Fund Capital Commitment, less the aggregate amount of such Fund Limited Partner’s capital contributions to the Participating Partnership in which such Fund Limited Partner is a partner as of such date.
Unfunded Capital Commitment means, with respect to each Partner, such Partner's Capital Commitment reduced by the cumulative Capital Contributions by such Partner (provided that the cumulative Capital Contribution amount may be adjusted as set forth in Section 4.3) during the Commitment Period.
