Uninsured Cause of Loss definition

Uninsured Cause of Loss means any cause of loss that is not a Designated Peril.

  • Uninsured Cause Any cause of damage to a Mortgaged Property such that the complete restoration of such property is not fully reimbursable by the hazard insurance policies required to be maintained pursuant to Section 3.14.

  • Disability Termination means the termination of a Participant’s employment under the disability provisions of the Participant’s Employment Agreement or, if the Participant is not a party to an Employment Agreement, then as a result of a “Disability” as defined in the Plan.

  • Accidental Damage means physical damage, breakage or failure of Your Covered Equipment due to an unforeseen and unintentional event occurring either due to handling (e.g., dropping the Covered Equipment or through liquid contact) or due to an external event (e.g., extreme environmental or atmospheric conditions). The damage must affect the functionality of Your Covered Equipment, which includes cracks to the display screen that affect the visibility of the display.

  • Involuntary Termination means a termination of your employment with the Company pursuant to either (i) a termination initiated by the Company without Cause, or (ii) your resignation for Good Reason, and provided in either case such termination constitutes a Separation from Service. An Involuntary Termination does not include any other termination of your employment, including a termination due to your death or disability.

  • Involuntary Termination Without Cause means Executive’s dismissal or discharge by the Company other than for Cause. The termination of Executive’s employment as a result of Executive’s death or inability to perform the essential functions of his job due to disability will not be deemed to be an Involuntary Termination Without Cause.

  • Coverage Period means the time period specified on the Declarations Page beginning on the effective date and ending on the expiration date. All dates are as of 12:01 AM in the time zone of the Policyholder.
