Examples of Deemed Contract Rate in a sentence
In the event a Customer fails to complete and sign off the Contract Details, Crown Gas & Power shall supply Gas to the Customer under a Deemed Contract to which the terms and conditions as set out in this Agreement shall apply (save for clauses 2.1 and 3.2) and Crown Gas & Power shall charge the Customer the Deemed Contract Rate.
If You move into a Property that We supply with Energy, or if You have not actively agreed to a new Energy Contract with Us, then We will continue to supply You with Energy under a deemed contract at the Deemed Contract Rate, until such point as Your Energy supply at the Property has switched to another Energy supplier, or You enter into a new contract with Us. The terms and conditions of Our deemed contract are these Terms and Conditions.
The charges You pay for Energy We supply to the Property will be specified in the Start of Supply Letter or will be the Deemed Contract Rate (where applicable).
Deemed Contract Rate – our standard charges for the supply of gas and/or electricity under a contract of the kind described in clause 1.3. The relevant charges, which are subject to change from time to time, will be those published on our website.
Electricity will be charged at the applicable Deemed Contract Rate detailed in the Price Schedule as amended from time to time.
