Unit Equivalent definition

Unit Equivalent has the meaning set forth in Section 8.6.A hereof.
Unit Equivalent means, on any given date, a REIT Share, or REIT Shares, or any portion of a REIT Share, of any given Class having the same Value as the Net Asset Value of one Partnership Unit of the same Class on such date.
Unit Equivalent means any equity securities, warrants, rights, calls, options or other Securities or instruments exchangeable or exercisable for, or convertible into, directly or indirectly, Units or equity interests in the Company.

  • In that event, the Earned LTIP Unit Equivalent shall refer to the earned LTIP Units determined pursuant to clause (i) only.

  • Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.
