Palletized unit load means a MIL-STD-129 defined quantity of items, packed or unpacked, arranged on a pallet in a specified manner and secured, strapped, or fastened on the pallet so that the whole palletized load is handled as a single unit. A palletized or skidded load is not considered to be a shipping container. A loaded 463L System pallet is not considered to be a palletized unit load. Refer to the Defense Transportation Regulation, DoD 4500.9-R, Part II, Chapter 203, for marking of 463L System pallets.
Exit Load means Load on repurchase/Redemption of Units.
Unit Area means all of the lands, oil and gas leases and/or oil and gas interests of the tracts as shown in Exhibit B totaling 640.000 acres located in Richland and Pultney Townships, in Belmont County, Ohio as shown in Exhibit C.
Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.
Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
Modular building means, but shall not be limited to, single and multifamily houses, apartment
INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.
Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.
True vapor pressure means the equilibrium partial pressure exerted by a petroleum liquid as determined in accordance with methods described in American Petroleum Institute (API) Bulletin 2517, Evaporation Loss from External Floating Roof Tanks, 1980. The API procedure may not be applicable to some high viscosity or high pour crudes. Available estimates of true vapor pressure may be used in special cases such as these.
Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.
Reid vapor pressure means the vapor pressure of crude oil or other volatile petroleum products at 100 degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the latest edition of ASTM D6377 (RVPE): Standard Test Method for Determination of Vapor Pressure of Crude Oil.
Plant canopy means the square footage dedicated to live plant production and does not include areas such as office space or areas used for the storage of fertilizers, pesticides, or other products.
Rooming unit means any room or group of rooms forming a single habitable unit used or intended to be used for living and sleeping, but not for cooking or eating purposes.
Exit Point means a border control post or any other place designated by a Member State where animals, falling within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1/2005, leave the customs territory of the Union;
Modular building manufacturer means a person or corporation who owns or operates a
Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and
Unit and “Quality” means the unit and quantity specified in the schedule.
Drilling unit means the area fixed for the drilling of one well by order or rule of any state or federal body having authority. If a Drilling Unit is not fixed by any such rule or order, a Drilling Unit shall be the drilling unit as established by the pattern of drilling in the Contract Area unless fixed by express agreement of the Drilling Parties.
Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.
Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.
Heat unit means a unit of energy equal to the product of the peak kilovoltage, milliamperes, and seconds, i.e., kVp x mA x second.
Electric generating unit means an individual electric generator and its associated plant and apparatus whose electrical output is capable of being separately identified and metered. Emergency Condition shall mean a condition or situation: (1) that in the judgment of the Party making the claim is imminently likely to endanger life or property; or (2) that, in the case of the CAISO, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to, the CAISO Controlled Grid or the electric systems of others to which the CAISO Controlled Grid is directly connected; (3) that, in the case of the Participating TO, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to, the Participating TO’s Transmission System, Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, Distribution System, or the electric systems of others to which the Participating TO’s electric system is directly connected; or
Carbon dioxide equivalent or "CO2e" means an amount of greenhouse gas or gases expressed as the equivalent amount of carbon dioxide, and is computed by multiplying the mass of each of the greenhouse gases by the global warming potential published for each gas at 40 CFR part 98, subpart A, Table A–1—Global Warming Potentials, and adding the resulting value for each greenhouse gas to compute the total equivalent amount of carbon dioxide.
Useful thermal energy means, with regard to a cogeneration unit, thermal energy that is:
Vapor pressure as herein used means Vapor Pressure at 100° Fahrenheit as determined by ASTM Method D-323-90, "Standard Method of Test for Vapor Pressure of Petroleum Products (Reid Method)."
