Unit of capacity. (UoC) means for a “service type” (and category of works) is (sic) measured as the annual volume of service required for a “Household Unit Equivalent” able to be provided at the relevant “Desired Service Standard”. The Units of Capacity provided by a project or item of infrastructure are calculated as the sum of annual units of capacity provided each year over the project/infrastructure service life. The Units of Capacity provided to “Household Units” and “Household Unit Equivalents” are calculated as the sum of the annual Units of Capacity provided over the service life.
