Examples of University day in a sentence
If the negotiation sessions, grievance hearings and/or arbitration proceedings are scheduled during the University day, not more than three (3) members of the bargaining unit (PSOs) shall be released from assignments to attend such sessions.
If the negotiation sessions, grievance hearings, and/or arbitration proceedings are scheduled during the University day, not more than four (4) members of the bargaining unit (MBUs) shall be released from assignments to attend such sessions.
A fee is charged pro rata for Bank Holidays, University day closures and for the 2 inset days per annum.
If negotiation sessions are scheduled during the University day, MBUs 106 attending such sessions shall make up such assignments.
Employees interested shall apply to the Human Resources Office within the five (5) University day notice period.
If no such notice is given within the ten (10) University day period, and arbitration is not filed with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service within the thirty (30) University day period, the grievance shall be deemed settled and not subject to arbitration.
The written grievance must be submitted to his/her department head or the department head’s designated representative within the five (5) University day period following an unsatisfactory answer, or no answer.
