Academic Calendar. A calendar that establishes the following: • The beginning and ending dates of the fall and spring semesters. • The time frames within which the District may offer winter and summer sessions. • The dates on which census rosters, final grade reports, and flex forms are due.
Academic Calendar means the number of days as determined by the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges, designated for instruction or participation in staff, student, and instructional improvement activities. The number of days in the academic calendar shall be the same for credit and noncredit instruction within the District.
