University Rules definition

University Rules means any and all present or future legislation, rules, regulations, directives, written policies, bylaws, and constitution, and official or authoritative interpretations thereof, and any and all amendments, supplements, or modifications thereto promulgated hereafter by the University or by the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System.

University Rules means the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, the rules and policies of The University of Texas System, the rules and policies of The University of Texas at Austin, and the rules and policies of the University’s Athletics department.

University Rules means all present or future policies, procedures, rules, regulations, guidelines, task force recommendations, and departmental handbooks, and official or authoritative interpretations thereof, and any and all amendments, supplements, or modifications thereto, promulgated hereafter by ICAA, the University, and/or the Kansas Board of Regents.

Examples of University Rules in a sentence

• This provision is not intended in any way or manner to obviate Coach’s duties and obligations to comply with all University Rules.

• Such Sports Camps must be operated in accordance with all Governing Athletics Rules and University Rules and with appropriate financial controls.

• In the performance of Coach’s duties and obligations under this Agreement, Coach shall (a) know, recognize, abide by, and comply with; (b) shall cause all persons under Coach’s direct or indirect supervision, including but not limited to employees and student-athletes to know, recognize, abide by, and comply with; and (c) conduct the Program in accordance with all Governing Athletics Rules and the University Rules, and all decisions issued by the NCAA, AAC, ICAA and/or the University.

• Any Incentive Compensation provided will be (a) subject to any conditions, limits or restrictions as set forth in this Agreement; (b) subject to any conditions, limits, or restrictions of University Rules; and (c) subject to the availability of adequate funding.

• Violations of any Governing Athletics Rules, University Rules, or any decisions issued by the NCAA, AAC, ICAA and/or the University, by Coach will be sufficient cause for disciplinary action up to and including termination for Cause.

More Definitions of University Rules

University Rules means the rules and bylaws of the University made under a University Statute pursuant to section 26(7) of the Act including the Rules.

University Rules means the rules, regulations and policies of UT System and Institutional Participants.

Without limiting the foregoing, Caterer will comply, and cause its employees, representatives, agents, and subs to comply, with University’s rules and policies related to personal health, security, environmental quality, safety, fire prevention, noise, smoking, parking, and access restrictions.

University Rules means university rules made under section 60. “university statute” means a university statute made under section 57. “vehicle” has the meaning given by the Traffic Act 1949.

University Rules means all present or future policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and guidelines, and official or authoritative interpretations thereof, and any and all amendments, supplements, or modifications thereto, promulgated hereafter by ICAA, WSU, the State of Kansas, and/or the Kansas Board of Regents (“KBOR”). For purposes of this Agreement, University Rules shall also include all applicable laws of any governmental authority, including but not limited to ordinances, judgments, decrees, injunctions, writs, and order of any governmental authority and rules and regulations of any federal, regional, state, county, municipal or other governmental authority including but not limited to those promulgated by the State of Kansas and the KBOR.
