UNLV Joint Use Agreement definition

UNLV Joint Use Agreement means the sublease entered into between StadCo and the University which sets forth the University’s rights and obligations with respect to its use of the Premises, as the same may be amended, amended and restated, restated, renewed or extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
