Unrelated Services definition

Unrelated Services means services that are not of the same description as that of the registered service or that are not so closely related to the registered goods.
Unrelated Services means any other Service, in addition to the Services authorized by MCK and provided by VITAL to a Customer.
Unrelated Services means and include all installation, maintenance and repair services, in addition to the Services, authorized by Company and provided by Subcontractor to a Customer.

  • Except as set forth in Schedule 3.16, Seller does not provide any preferential pricing or fees for Unrelated Services to Current Customers due to their Evolution Account.

  • The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller or its Affiliates may, in the ordinary course of business, change the pricing or fees for Unrelated Services provided to Current Customers.

Related to Unrelated Services

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.
