Maintenance and Repair Services. Subject to the requirements and conditions set forth in Article IV hereof, Operator shall maintain and repair (structurally and otherwise) and repaint as appropriate for maintenance or appearances in a good, workmanlike manner:
(i) all paved landing areas, including maintenance and repair of the surface of the Barge and pier, all exterior lights on the Barge and pier, markings and striping, and all navigational aids; any changes to the exterior lighting will be subject to Agreement Administrator’s prior written approval.
(ii) all vehicles, equipment, machinery and tools provided by the Operator; and
(iii) the Heliport, including all Heliport grounds (including, without limitation, the terminal facilities, all walkways, perimeter fences, and grass, trees and shrubs) and all buildings, structures and fixtures located on the Heliport including, without limitation, fuel tanks, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, heating and air conditioning systems, signs, apparatus, Barge, berthing infrastructure (excluding the substructure) and equipment.
Maintenance and Repair Services. Departments can purchase maintenance and repair services for power generating and pumping systems from pre-qualified vendors whose insurance has been approved by ISD Risk Management Division.
Maintenance and Repair Services. (1) The Dealer shall provide periodical services requested by the owners or users of the Vehicles at reasonable and competitive fee rates (regardless of whether such Vehicles are sold by the Dealer or any other dealers) in accordance with the Service Manual of Mazda Brand Autos designated by the Company.
(2) The Dealer may also decorate the Vehicle (regardless of whether such Vehicles are sold by the Dealer or any other dealers) in accordance with the reasonable request of its owner or user, provided that such decoration shall not damage or adversely affect the original function of the Vehicle.
Maintenance and Repair Services. Subject to the requirements and conditions set forth in Article IV hereof, including but not limited to City’s responsibility for the Substructure, Operator shall maintain and repair (structurally and otherwise) and repaint as appropriate for maintenance or appearances in a good, workmanlike manner:
(i) all surface areas including paved landing areas, including maintenance and repair of the surface of the Barge and pier, all lights on the Barge and pier, markings and striping, and all navigational aids; any changes to the exterior lighting will be subject to Agreement Administrator’s reasonable prior written approval.
(ii) all vehicles, equipment, machinery and tools provided by the Operator; and
(iii) JRB grounds (including, without limitation, the terminal facilities, all walkways, perimeter fences, grass cutting and removing trees and shrubs where and when necessary) and all buildings, structures and fixtures located at JRB including, without limitation, fuel tanks, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, heating and air conditioning systems, signs, apparatus, Barge, berthing infrastructure (excluding the Substructure) and equipment, except where this Agreement provides any such items are to be repaired or maintained by the City.
Maintenance and Repair Services. (a) Turbine Supplier shall provide Maintenance Services to be agreed by Turbine Supplier and Buyer within forty-five (45) days after the Effective Date (or such longer period as may be agreed by Turbine Supplier and Buyer) and attached to this Master Agreement as Exhibit C-2 with respect to the Turbines, SCADA Systems and other Supply Items sold hereunder. The scope of Maintenance Services to be provided shall be consistent with, and all Maintenance Services shall be performed in accordance with, Prudent Engineering and Operating Practices.
(b) Not less than sixty (60) days before the anticipated date of Turbine Mechanical Completion for the first Turbine under a particular TPO, the Parties will enter into a separate agreement with respect to the performance of the Maintenance Services and containing such other terms, covenants and conditions as Turbine Supplier and Buyer may agree. It is the Parties’ intent that these Maintenance Services will in the future be performed by an Affiliate of Turbine Supplier to be established in the United States, and, if such Affiliate has been formed and is in business in the United States at the time the Parties wnter into such agreement, Buyer will enter into the agreement for the perfromance of Maintenance Services with such Affiliate, but such Affiliate’s performance shall be guaranteed by Turbine Supplier. However, if such Affiliate has not yet been formed or is not yet in business in the United States, Turbine Supplier and Buyer will enter into such agreement for the performance of maintenance services directly. Thereafter, at such time as Turbine Supplier wishes to transfer the responsibility for the Maintenance Services to such an Affiliate, such Affiliate and Buyer shall enter into a service agreement incorporating the Maintenance Services in its scope of services and containing such other terms, covenants and conditions as Turbine Supplier and Buyer may agree, but Turbine Supplier shall not be released from liability for performance of the Maintenance Services.

Maintenance and Repair Services. 1.1 Subject to the Hirer complying with these Servicing Terms, the Owner shall provide the Maintenance and Repair Services in respect of each respective Equipment by the below terms.
1.2 The Maintenance and Repair Services may be performed by certain resellers authorised by Xxxxxxxxx AB (“Husqvarna”) to sell the Equipment (each a “Reseller”). Information regarding Resellers may be obtained from the Owner.
1.3 The Hirer and the Reseller shall mutually in advance agree upon and schedule the time for performing Maintenance of the Equipment.
1.4 Maintenance and Repair work shall be completed within ten (10) Business Days from the day the Equipment is received by the Reseller for Maintenance and Repair Services, excluding shipping time for return shipment to the Hirer (i.e., within such time period the Equipment shall be ready for collection from the Reseller’s premises). If the Hirer is a business customer and is using a Reseller designated as a Husqvarna PRO Reseller by the Owner for the Maintenance and Repair Services, the Maintenance and Repair work shall be completed within two (2) Business Days of the Reseller receiving the Equipment for Maintenance and Repair Services, excluding shipping time for return shipment to the Hirer. If the Owner deems it not possible to complete the Maintenance and Repair work within the timeframes specified above due to reasons for which the Owner is responsible, replacement equipment having corresponding function as the applicable Equipment being subject to the Maintenance and Repair Services, shall be provided to the Hirer for interim use by the Reseller free of charge.
Maintenance and Repair Services. 3.1 Subject to the terms and conditions provided for herein, during the period of this Agreement, Vendor shall provide Maintenance and Repair Services (including cargoworthy survey and shop repair) on Equipment All Service shall be performed in accordance with vendor's "Agreed Rate Schedule" applicable to the type of Equipment on which Services are performed. Applicable Agreed Rate Schedules shall be read as a part of this agreement after concurrence from the Customer. Maintenance, repair and Service shall be done in a professional manner, using parts and components of the same or higher design, material and quality as items being replaced or as specified by Customer. Vendor shall not make any alterations or modifications to any piece of Equipment. Vendor shall be liable for the cost of all work required to correct improper or substandard Service. If Vendor has any questions regarding compliance with Customer's maintenance standards or procedures, Vendor shall contact Customer's Maintenance and Repair department. Vendor shall not be authorized to make repairs without prior approval of the customer. Customer at its option can reposition the container anywhere for necessary repairs. Customer, at its option, may supply parts; provided, however that any Vendor supplied parts shall be billed. Any Equipment picked-up, received, dropped-off or delivered by a Vendor designated carrier or a representative of a Vendor designated carrier or coming under the direct or indirect control of the Vendor designated carrier shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any such third party shall be deemed to have authority on behalf of the Vendor to execute an EIR.
3.2 Estimation of Repair (EOR) :-
a. Vendor should raise two estimates as mentioned in point no. g(b) and g(c).
b. Vendor should send the first estimate for cleaning and external repairs along with digital photographs of the damaged structures within 24 hours from the time of Gate IN of tank container for repair authorization from CUSTOMER.
c. After cleaning the Vendor should raise the second estimate for change of damage gaskets or any tank internal damages (pittings/dents/ discoloration) occurred if any along with damaged gasket and internal digital photographs.
d. IF the tank container is due for 2.5 or 5 yearly periodic testing, the Vendor should provide a separate estimate for Customer authorization to proceed.

Maintenance and Repair Services. Commencing on the Required Service Date and continuing throughout the term of this Agreement, Il Fornaio shall maintain and repair the Food Service Areas and the public restrooms located on the second floor of the Hotel in a first-class condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. In the event that Il Fornaio fails to maintain and repair the Food Service Areas and/or such public restrooms in such condition, MHG shall have the right to maintain and repair the same and, upon written demand by MHG, Il Fornaio shall reimburse MHG for ninety percent (90%) all costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith. The cost of such maintenance and repair services shall, during the term of this Agreement, be paid for by MHG, as to ten percent (10%), and by Il Fornaio, as to ninety percent (90%).
Maintenance and Repair Services. Contractor shall provide a toll-free support number, troubleshoot, and support services to the Judicial Council. Contractor shall provide Standard on-site maintenance and repair of malfunctioning equipment within forty-eight (48) hours of the Judicial Council’s request. Contractor shall provide Emergency on-site maintenance and repair of malfunctioning equipment within four (4) hours of the Judicial Council’s request. Contractor shall provide and install loaner equipment if repairs are to exceed forty-eight (48) hours. Contractor shall provide training to the Judicial Council upon request. Training shall include but is not limited to installed and portable audio –visual equipment and systems. Recordation of all training must be made and submitted to the Judicial Council Project Manager. Contractor shall provide immediate remote telephone consultation services for new equipment and technology assessment and solution inquiries.
