Unreturned Investment definition

Unreturned Investment means (i) for a Holder who acquired his, her, or its Class A Investor Shares directly from the Company, the Capital Contribution of such Holder reduced by the aggregate amount of any distributions received pursuant to section 3.3.3; and (ii) for a Holder who acquired his, her, or its Class A Investor Shares from another person, the Capital Contribution of such Holder reduced by the aggregate amount of any distributions received pursuant to section 3.3.3 by any previous owner of such Class A Investor Shares.
Unreturned Investment means, for each Member, the Capital Contribution of such Member reduced by any distributions received by such Member pursuant to section 4.1.1(b).
Unreturned Investment means, with respect to Shares of Series A Preferred Stock, the Capital Contribution of such Shares reduced by previous distributions made with respect to such Shares pursuant to section 3.1.2.

  • First, 100% to Members in accordance with their Membership Percentages until such time as each Member’s Unreturned Investment is reduced to zero.

More Definitions of Unreturned Investment

Unreturned Investment for a Member at any given time means the aggregate amount of such Member’s Capital Contribution made up to that time less the aggregate amount of distributions made to such Member by the Company up to that time.
