Unreturned Investment means (i) for a Holder who acquired his, her, or its Class A Investor Shares directly from the Company, the Capital Contribution of such Holder reduced by the aggregate amount of any distributions received pursuant to section 3.3.3; and (ii) for a Holder who acquired his, her, or its Class A Investor Shares from another person, the Capital Contribution of such Holder reduced by the aggregate amount of any distributions received pursuant to section 3.3.3 by any previous owner of such Class A Investor Shares.

Unreturned Investment means, for each Member, the Capital Contribution of such Member reduced by any distributions received by such Member pursuant to section 4.1.1(b).

More Definitions of Unreturned Investment

Unreturned Investment for a Member at any given time means the aggregate amount of such Member’s Capital Contribution made up to that time less the aggregate amount of distributions made to such Member by the Company up to that time.

Unreturned Investment means, with respect to each Contributing Member, the Capital Contribution of such Contributing Member reduced by the aggregate amount of any distributions such Contributing Member has received pursuant to section 4.2.2 below.
