Unspecified Work definition

Unspecified Work means the stated fixed sum of money to be used only at the Engineer’s specified direction. The particular requirements and items for the allowances will be provided to the Contractor at the appropriate time and allowance amounts shall apply only to additional items over and above those specified/indicated in the plans for this contract.

  • Measurement and Payment for Unspecified Work The work covered by this item consists of unforeseen items of work not included in other bid items, but necessary for accomplishing the work, and shall apply only to extra work or additional items over and above those specified or shown on the plans.

Related to Unspecified Work

  • covered work means either the unmodified Program or a work based on the Program.

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.

  • Proposed Works means the sewage works described in the Owner's application, this Certificate and in the supporting documentation referred to herein, to the extent approved by this Certificate;
