Unsuitable Unit means a Unit: (a) that is defective, damaged, or lacking required label(s); (b) the labels for which were not properly registered with Amazon before shipment or do not match the product that was registered; (c) that is an FBA Excluded Product or does not comply with the Business Solutions Agreement (including these Service Terms and the applicable Programme Policies); or (d) that Amazon determines is otherwise unsuitable.

  • Without limitation of our rights under Section F-7.3, we may elect to return or dispose of that Unsuitable Unit.
