Excluded Product definition

Excluded Product means a [*] that generally conforms to the drawings and specifications (and any prior iterations thereof in whole or in part) shown in Exhibit 1.42.

Excluded Product means any Product covered by one or more patents licensed to or from Geron under the cross-license among Geron, ES Cell International Pte Ltd. and Cell Cure Neurosciences, Ltd.
