Unused Line Fees definition

Unused Line Fees shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.05(a).
Unused Line Fees means a collective reference to the U.S. Unused Line Fee and the Canadian Unused Line Fee.
Unused Line Fees shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Restatement Date Fee Letter.

Examples of Unused Line Fees in a sentence

  • Interest, Letter of Credit and LC Guaranty fees and Unused Line Fees hereunder shall be calculated daily and shall be computed on the actual number of days elapsed over a year of 360 days.

  • Accrued Unused Line Fees shall be due and payable in arrears (from available Collections as set forth and in the order of priority established pursuant to Section 2.7) on the Quarterly Payment Date immediately following the last day of the applicable fiscal quarter for which such fee was calculated and on the last day of the Availability Period.

  • All calculations of (i) interest hereunder and (ii) Fees, including, without limitation, Unused Line Fees and Letter of Credit Fees, shall be made by the Agent, on the basis of a year of 360 days, or, if such computation would cause the interest and fees chargeable hereunder to exceed the Highest Lawful Rate, 365/366 days, in each case for the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day) occurring in the period for which such interest or Fees are payable.


More Definitions of Unused Line Fees

Unused Line Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2. ----------------
Unused Line Fees means, with respect to each Lender, as of any date of calculation, an amount equal to the sum of the product of (i) the Unused Fee Rate (as defined below), times (ii) the difference between (1) such Lender’s Commitment on such day minus (2) the outstanding principal balance of the Advances of such Lender on such day, divided by (iii) 360. As used herein, “Unused Fee Rate”, as of any date, means, if the average outstanding principal balance of all the Advances (i) is less than 50% of the Facility Amount, 0.75% per annum; (ii) is greater than or equal to 50% of the Facility Amount but less than 75% of the Facility Amount, 0.50% per annum; and (iii) is greater than or equal to 75% of the Facility Amount, 0.35% per annum, provided that notwithstanding anything in this definition, if a Securitization Event occurs, the Unused Fee Rate shall be 0.35% per annum for the period from the date of the Securitization Event until the date that is six (6) months after such Securitization Event.
Unused Line Fees means the Revolving Loan Unused Line Fee and the Term Revolving Loan Unused Line Fee.
