Upstream Delivery Point definition

Upstream Delivery Point means in respect of any Firm Service Agreement, a Delivery Point in Zone 4 outside the Huntingdon Delivery Area, other than Compressor Station No. 2, which is upstream of the Delivery Point in Zone 4 specified in the Firm Service Agreement and downstream of the Receipt Point in Zone 4 specified in the Firm Service Agreement.
Upstream Delivery Point means a Delivery Point prior to the Coveñas Delivery Point.

  • Where volumes of gas are diverted to an Upstream Delivery Point in accordance with Section 7.01(b), the Shipper shall pay to Westcoast the Demand Tolls payable for service to the Delivery Point specified in the Firm Service Agreement plus the amount of tax on fuel gas consumed in operations applicable pursuant to the Toll Schedules to gas delivered from the Receipt Point specified in the Firm Service Agreement to the Upstream Delivery Point.

  • The Supplier's monthly volume statements will reflect allocated receipt volumes, Fuel Reimbursement Quantity volumes, volumes injected into or withdrawn from storage under Rate Schedule FS-1, allocated Mainline Town Border Station Delivery Point(s) or Delivery Pool(s) volumes, and allocated Upstream Delivery Point volumes.

  • Upstream Delivery Point does not include Gas Lift Delivery Points.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Delivery Site means 250 West 70th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., V5X 2X1, unless otherwise stated in this ITT;

  • connecting point means the point at which the drainage installation joins the connecting sewer;

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Transboundary movement means any movement of hazardous wastes or other wastes from an area under the national jurisdiction of one State to or through an area under the national jurisdiction of another State or to or through an area not under the national jurisdiction of any State, provided at least two States are involved in the movement;

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. An STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.

  • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. Interface Pricing Point:

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.
