Licences means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.
End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.
License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.
Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;
Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.
Licenses means any approvals, authorizations, consents, licenses, registrations, permits or certificates of a Governmental Authority.
Third Party Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.
Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.
Inbound Licenses means, collectively, any Contract (including covenants not to xxx) or other permission pursuant to which Seller is authorized or otherwise permitted to access or exploit any other Person’s IP, or any Contract pursuant to which Seller obtains a right to access or exploit a Person’s IP in the form of commercially available object code software or services, such as a software as a services Contract or a cloud services Contract.
Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.
Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.
Sublicense means an agreement into which LICENSEE enters with a third party that is not an Affiliate for the purpose of (i) granting certain rights; (ii) granting an option to certain rights; or (iii) forbearing the exercise of any rights, granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.
network licence means the network licence, as the same is amended from time to time, granted to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited by the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under section 8 of the Railways Act l993;
Sub-License means the sub-licensing of any space in the Station Development Assets and Project Utilities in the Station Development Project, by the Station Facility Manager to any licensee, in accordance with the Station Facility Management Agreement;
IPR means all intellectual property and proprietary rights throughout the world, including, without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, moral rights, and other rights protecting data, information or intangible property throughout the world.
Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.
Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.
Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).
Licensed IP means Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.
