User Licences definition

User Licences means all agreements pursuant to which the Debtor has obtained rights or an option to acquire rights to use any Intellectual Property.

  • If the purchase is in excess of the number User Licences set out in the Contract Particulars, Posturite shall grant access to the Products to such additional Licensed Users in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.


More Definitions of User Licences

User Licences means the user licences purchased by the Client which entitle Authorised Users to access and use XCD and the Services in accordance with the Contract;
User Licences means the maximum number of named Users as specified in the Schedule who are permitted to benefit from the Licensed Products;

  • Licensed IP means Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.
