User Receipt Point definition

User Receipt Point. , in relation to an Agreement, means each Receipt Point identified as a User Receipt Point in or by reference to the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement.
User Receipt Point in an Agreement, means a Transmission Receipt Point at which Gas is, or is to be, delivered into the Mildura Pipeline to or for the account of the Pipeline User pursuant to that Agreement, as specified in, or determined in accordance with, the Specific Terms and Conditions.
User Receipt Point means a Receipt Point at which Gas is or is to be delivered into the Network by or for the account of the User. The Specific Terms and Conditions identify (or specify a means of identifying) each User’s Receipt Point.

Examples of User Receipt Point in a sentence

  • The Pipeline User must ensure that each User Receipt Point has Metering Equipment to continuously and instantaneously measure the Quantity of Gas delivered through that User Receipt Point.

  • Title to Gas delivered by the Tubridgi Parties to or for the account of the Pipeline User at any User Receipt Point will pass to the Pipeline User.

  • The Pipeline User must ensure that the Tubridgi Parties may remotely access the measurements and readings taken by the Metering Equipment provided by the Pipeline User at each User Receipt Point.

  • The Pipeline User must ensure that the Metering Equipment provided by the Pipeline User at each User Receipt Point is maintained in reasonable condition throughout the Term.

  • The Pipeline User warrants that the Pipeline User has good title to all Gas supplied to the Tubridgi Parties at each User Receipt Point by or for the account of the Pipeline User, free and clear of all mortgages, charges and other encumbrances and all other third party rights and claims.

  • At all times during the Term, the Pipeline User must ensure that the rate at which Gas is delivered through each User Receipt Point by or for the account of the Pipeline User is as constant as possible and that the rate at which Gas is taken through each User Delivery Point to or for the account of the Pipeline User is as constant as is possible.

  • At all times during the Term, the Pipeline User must ensure that the aggregate Quantity of Gas delivered through each User Receipt Point by or for the account of the Pipeline User is equal to the aggregate Quantity of Gas delivered to or for the account of the Pipeline User through each User Delivery Point.

  • A determination by the Tubridgi Parties of the Quantities of Gas received through any User Receipt Point, or delivered to any User Delivery Point, for the account of the Pipeline User during any period will be conclusive and binding on the Pipeline User.

  • For the purposes of the Agreement, the party responsible for Metering Equipment is the Pipeline User (in the case of the Metering Equipment at any User Receipt Point) and the Tubridgi Parties jointly (in the case of Metering Equipment at any User Delivery Point).

  • The warranties made by the Pipeline User under the Agreement will be deemed to be repeated on each day on which Gas is delivered to or for the account of the Pipeline User at any User Receipt Point or any User Delivery Point, by reference to the circumstances applicable on that day.

Related to User Receipt Point

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Demarcation Point The Demarcation Point shall have the meaning set forth in 47 Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM): Equipment that links End User xDSL connections to a single packet switch, typically ATM or IP. Direct Trunked Transport (DTT): A DS1 or DS3 interoffice facility that connects the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center of the CLEC’s Local Interconnection Entrance Facility or Collocation to the terminating CenturyLink Tandem or End Office used exclusively for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service and Exchange Access.

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • Entry Point means a point just downstream of the final treatment operation, but upstream of the first user and upstream of any mixing with other water. If raw water is used without treatment, the “entry point” is the raw water source. If a PWS receives treated water from another PWS, the “entry point” is a point just downstream of the other PWS, but upstream of the first user on the receiving PWS, and upstream of any mixing with other water.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that:

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Net metering customer means a customer of the electric distribution company

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Produced water means water recovered from an underground reservoir as a result of crude oil, condensate, or natural gas production and which may be recycled, disposed, or re-injected into an underground reservoir.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • True vapor pressure means the equilibrium partial pressure exerted by a petroleum liquid as determined in accordance with methods described in American Petroleum Institute (API) Bulletin 2517, Evaporation Loss from External Floating Roof Tanks, 1980. The API procedure may not be applicable to some high viscosity or high pour crudes. Available estimates of true vapor pressure may be used in special cases such as these.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP) is a telephone central office switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP) means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.
