UST facility definition

UST facility means the location where one or more UST sys- tems are or will be installed. The term encompasses all contiguous re- al property under common ownership associated with the operation of the UST system or systems.

  • For purposes of this subpart, the term ‘‘foreclosure’’ means that legal, marketable or equitable title or deed has been issued, approved, and recorded, and that the holder has obtained access to the UST, UST sys- tem, UST facility, and property on which the UST or UST system is lo- cated, provided that the holder acted diligently to acquire marketable title or deed and to gain access to the UST, UST system, UST facility, and prop- erty on which the UST or UST system is located.
