Validation Query definition

Validation Query means collectively both Calling Card Query and Billed Number Screening (BNS) Query.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE AT&T-13STATE will provide Customer with per-Query access to AT&T-12STATE's LIDB and/or CNAM Database under this Agreement when Customer delivers such Queries to AT&T-12STATE's LIDB and/or CNAM Database from a non-AT&T-13STATE Service Platform unless such Query access is otherwise made available through an effective AT&T-13STATE tariff. When Query access is made available through an effective AT&T-13STATE tariff, Customer's Query traffic will be provided pursuant to such tariff, as revised. Customer is responsible for ensuring that its Customer’s Query-Originating Carrier Companies also abide by the terms and conditions of this entire Agreement.
