Validity Guaranties definition

Validity Guaranties means the validity guaranties executed by such officers and directors of Borrower as Lender shall require, in Lender’s sole discretion, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit F.
Validity Guaranties means the collective reference to the Validity Guaranties, dated as of the Original Closing Date, by and among the Lender, the Borrower and Xxxx X. Xxxxxx, and by and among the Lender, the Borrower and Xxxxx X. XxxXxxxx, respectively.
