  • Expedited Dispute Timetable means the accelerated timetable for the resolution of disputes as set out in paragraph 2.6;

  • Disputed Amount means an amount which Customer disputes. A Disputed Amount may relate to the whole or part of an invoice(s).

  • Valuation Firm means a nationally recognized independent investment banking or valuation firm with expertise in the oil and gas sector.
