More Definitions of Variable contract agent
Variable contract agent means an agent licensed in this Commonwealth to sell, solicit, or negotiate variable life insurance and variable annuity contracts on behalf of insurers licensed in this Commonwealth.
Variable contract agent means an agent licensed in the Commonwealth to sell, solicit, or negotiate variable life insurance and variable annuity contracts on behalf of insurers licensed in the Commonwealth.
Variable contract agent when used in this Regulation, shall mean an agent who shall sell or offer to sell any variable contract.
