Variation Proposal definition

Variation Proposal means a written proposal for a variation to the Agreement, which complies with the requirements of clause 25.3.
Variation Proposal means any change proposed by the supplier, to a contract, in response to a notice of variation;
Variation Proposal means a proposal for a Variation which is issued in accordance with Clause 4.2.
