Variation Proposal definition

Variation Proposal means a written proposal for a variation to the Agreement, which complies with the requirements of clause 25.3. SCHEDULE 2 Delegated Functions Schedule 2A: Primary Medical Services Part 1: General Obligations

Variation Proposal means any change proposed by the supplier, to a contract, in response to a notice of variation;
