VAT Information definition

VAT Information means the VAT-related information requested from Publisher during registration, it being understood that the terms in the VAT-related queries during registration shall be construed in accordance with the EU VAT Directive, the EU VAT Regulation, and applicable VAT laws in Germany.

  • Location information means information concerning the location of an electronic device that, in whole or in part, is generated or derived from or obtained by the operation of an electronic device on a cellular telephone network or a location information service rather than obtained from a service provider.
