Vehicle Perfection and Documentation Requirements definition

Vehicle Perfection and Documentation Requirements means, (i) with respect to a Vehicle (other than, to the extent permitted under the Group I Lease, Vehicles in an Initial Fleet), submission within the applicable statutory period of an application for the issuance of a certificate of title for such Vehicle with the department of registry of motor vehicles of the applicable state in which such Vehicle is to be registered, which application shall reflect the following: Lessor or any Lessee, as the registered owner and the Master Collateral Agent as the first lienholder or (ii) in the case of such Vehicles in such Initial Fleet, the assignment to the Master Collateral Agent of the lienholder's lien with respect to such Vehicles in such Initial Fleet.
Vehicle Perfection and Documentation Requirements means, with respect to ------------------------------------------------- a Vehicle, submission of an application for the issuance of a Certificate of Title for such Vehicle with the department of registry of motor vehicles of the applicable state in which such Vehicle is to be registered, which such application shall reflect the following: the Lessor as the registered owner and the Agent as the first lienholder.
Vehicle Perfection and Documentation Requirements means, (i) with respect to a Vehicle, submission of an application for the issuance of a certificate of title for such Vehicle with the department of registry of motor vehicles of the applicable state in which such Vehicle is to be registered, which application shall reflect the following: AESOP Leasing or its Permitted Nominee (in the case of Vehicles subject to the AESOP I Operating Leases), AESOP Leasing II or its Permitted Nominee (in the case of Vehicles subject to the AESOP II Operating Lease) and CCRG, ARAC, BRAC, any other Permitted Sublessees or their respective Permitted Nominees (in the case of Vehicles subject to the Finance Lease), as the registered owner and the Trustee as the first lienholder (except that with respect to Vehicles titled in the states of Ohio, Oklahoma and Nebraska, the Trustee will not be noted as the first lienholder on the Certificates of Title relating to such Vehicles) and (ii) with respect to each Franchisee Vehicle, the nominee lienholder under the related Franchisee Nominee Agreement will be noted as the first lienholder on the Certificate of Title relating to such Vehicle.

  • Perfection Requirements means the making or procuring of filings, stampings, registrations, notarisations, endorsements, translations and/or notifications of any Finance Document (and/or any Security created under it) necessary for the validity, enforceability (as against the relevant Obligor or any relevant third party) and/or perfection of that Finance Document.

  • Perfection Requirement or “Perfection Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(j) of this Agreement.

  • Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • WTO GPA country construction material means a construction material that—

  • Statement of Requirements means a statement issued by the Authority or any Other Contracting Body detailing its Services Requirement issued in accordance with the Ordering Procedure;

  • Qualification Requirements means the qualification requirements as set forth in Section-2, Clause 2.1 of this RFP;

  • Monitoring Requirements Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the monitoring arrangements.

  • Supplemental Perfection Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit G or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent.
