Vending unit definition

Vending unit means any mobile vehicle, cart, towable trailer, table/stand, or other such property used in the preparation, selling, or distribution of prepared food, beverages, snacks, ice cream or other food products.

Vending unit means a movable cart, kiosk, tent, trailer, vehicle or other structure from which business is conducted. The maximum permissible size for any vending unit shall be 144 square feet, inclusive of storage, vehicles, furniture, seating, and other appurtenances.
