  • Supplier," "Contractor," "Vendor" or "Bidder" is the person, firm or corporation awarded this Contract and obligated to furnish and deliver the Goods to the City in accordance with all the terms and conditions of the Contract.

  • The Proposer, Vendor or Bidder shall provide written proof of said City satisfactory arrangement, settlement agreement or payment plan to the School District before the SRC authorizes the award of said contract.
