Vesting Amount definition

Vesting Amount means the aggregate amount, if any, issuable to the Participant based on the Company’s Revenue and Normalized EPS performance measured against the Actual Percentage of Targets defined below.

Vesting Amount means an amount equal to the Unit Value on the relevant date, multiplied by the number of RUs or PUs (including Reinvestment Units in relation thereto and any fractional Phantom Units), as applicable, that vest (or are deemed to vest) on such date in accordance with the Plan and the applicable Agreement, after the application of any applicable performance multiplier, which may result in a Vesting Amount of nil.

Vesting Amount means any amount attributable to the vesting and exercisability of Company stock options pursuant to Section 6(a)(iv) hereof.

Examples of Vesting Amount in a sentence

• Thereafter, on each Annual Vesting Date and until the expiration of the term of this Agreement (unless earlier terminated or canceled as provided in this Agreement), the Option may be exercised for an additional Annual Option Vesting Amount.

• On the first Annual Vesting Date following the date of this Agreement and each Annual Vesting Date thereafter the number of shares of Restricted Stock equal to the Annual Vesting Amount shall become vested, subject to earlier forfeiture as provided in this Agreement.
