VIP Shipper means a Registered Shipper who has reserved I/C Inventory Space with the Transporter;
Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.
Drop shipment means the sale of a prescription drug to a pharmaceutical wholesaler by the manufacturer of the drug; by the manufacturer's co-licensed product partner, third party logistics provider, or exclusive distributor; or by an authorized distributor of record that purchased the product directly from the manufacturer or from one of these entities; whereby:
Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.
Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.
LNG means liquefied natural gas.
O&M Contractor means the person, if any, with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Concessionaire;
ro-ro passenger ship means a passenger ship with ro-ro spaces or special category spaces as defined in regulation II-2/3.
Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.
Producer means the owner of a well or wells capable of producing oil or gas or both.
EPC means engineering, procurement and construction;
CO2 means carbon dioxide.
Liquefied petroleum gas means a mixture of light hydrocarbons (predominantly propane, butane) that is gaseous under conditions of ambient temperature and pressure and that is maintained in a liquid state by an increase of pressure or lowering of temperature;
Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.
