Virtual Permit means a Permit which is identified by the Vehicle’s licence plate and which is not displayed within the Vehicle;

Virtual Permit means an electronic form of parking ticket purchased (as an alternative to a parking ticket from a parking machine) in relation to a parking place which is issued to an electronic device carried by a Civil Enforcement Officer.
