Visa Checkout Services definition

Visa Checkout Services means the services provided under this Agreement as more fully described in the Visa Checkout Services Documentation.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that it will not act as a payment intermediary, aggregator, or service bureau or otherwise resell the Visa Checkout Services to any third parties.

  • In the event that Customer’s system is breached and an unauthorized third party has access to, use of or transmitted Visa Checkout End User Data or any data related to the provision of the Visa Checkout Services or any Visa Checkout Transaction, or Customer has reason to believe that such breach has occurred, Customer shall immediately notify CyberSource of such breach and shall take such precautions as may be necessary to prevent such breaches from occurring in the future.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer grants to CyberSource and its Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide license to use, display, store, modify (solely for purposes of customization) and reproduce the Customer trademarks strictly as necessary to provide the Visa Checkout Services and to identify Customer as a user of the Visa Checkout Services.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer grants to Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx and its Affiliates a limited, non- exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide license to use, display, store, modify (solely for purposes of customization) and reproduce the Customer trademarks strictly as necessary to provide the Visa Checkout Services and to identify Customer as a user of the Visa Checkout Services.

  • In the event that Customer’s system is breached and an unauthorized third party has access to, use of or transmitted Visa Checkout End User Data or any data related to the provision of the Visa Checkout Services or any Visa Checkout Transaction, or Customer has reason to believe that such breach has occurred, Customer shall immediately notify Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx of such breach and shall take such precautions as may be necessary to prevent such breaches from occurring in the future.

  • In the event that Customer’s system is breached and an unauthorized third party has access to, use of or transmitted Visa Checkout End User Data or any data related to the provision of the Visa Checkout Services or any Visa Checkout Transaction, or Customer has reason to believe that such breach has occurred, Customer shall immediately notify GSPAYTECH of such breach and shall take such precautions as may be necessary to prevent such breaches from occurring in the future.

  • Visa makes no representation that the Visa Checkout Services are available for use outside of the territories listed in Section 19.h. Access to the Services from any location where the Services are illegal or otherwise restricted is prohibited.

  • Due to how the Visa Checkout Services function, Visa is not a party to the purchase.

Related to Visa Checkout Services

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.

  • Other Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

  • Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Direct services means special education services provided by a special education teacher when the services are related to instruction, including cooperative teaching.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • IT Services means any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Group’s data processing or other technology requirements, including software development, support or maintenance, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services, facilities management or hardware maintenance; and

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information”.

  • Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Administrative Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.
