Voting Form definition

Voting Form means any voting form in writing in substantially the form set out at Annex 10 (Voting Form), comprising both Part A (Details of CVA Claim) and Part B (Creditor's Proxy Form);
Voting Form means such form as is approved by the Minister for ascertaining the acceptance or non-acceptance of instrument holders of the restructuring proposals.
Voting Form means the enclosed voting form.

  • Voting Stock of any Person as of any date means the Capital Stock of such Person that is at the time entitled to vote in the election of the Board of Directors of such Person.
