Wage and Hour Claim definition

Wage and Hour Claim means any Claim alleging violations of any Wage and Hour Law.
Wage and Hour Claim means any Claim arising from, based upon, or attributable to any: (i) federal, state, local, or common law regulating the payment of compensation to any person; (ii) violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (except the Equal Pay Act) or any similar law; (iii) overtime compensation; (iv) on-call time compensation, including, without limitation, compensation for waiting time and dressing time; (v) minimum wage or prevailing wage compensation; (vi) classification of any person for the purpose of determining eligibility for compensation; (vii) meal or rest periods; (viii) reimbursement of expenses; or (ix) maintenance of accurate records.
Wage and Hour Claim means any Claim solely alleging violations of any Wage and Hour Law.
