Wage Order definition

Wage Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court entered in the Chapter 11 Case, together with all extensions, modifications and amendments that are in form and substance acceptable to the Agent in its discretion, which, among other matters, authorizes and directs the Loan Parties to pay certain Pre- Petition wages, benefits and other amounts owing to employees.

Examples of Wage Order in a sentence

• Meal periods and Rest periods shall be as provided for in Wage Order 16.

More Definitions of Wage Order

Wage Order means a wage order as defined in section 1 of the said Labour Act 1992.

If a time or date is specified for any payments or other distribution under the Plan, it shall mean on or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter. Further, where appropriate from a contextual reading of a term, each term includes the singular and plural form of the term regardless of how the term is stated and each stated pronoun is gender neutral.
