Warburg Entities means Warburg, Pincus International Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership; Warburg, Pincus Private Equity VIII, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership; Warburg, Pincus Netherlands International Partners 1, C.V., a Commanditaire Ventooschap organized under the laws of the Netherlands; and Warburg, Pincus Netherlands International Partners II, C.V., a Commanditaire Ventooschap organized under the laws of the Netherlands.
