Warranty Performance of the Work definition

Warranty Performance of the Work means the time when the prerequisites to Warranty Performance of the Work required by the Contract are fulfilled and all items arising from the warranty period or periods required by the Contract have been corrected by the Contractor and the state of the Work is so declared, in writing, by the Owner.
