Examples of Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance in a sentence
Landscape improvements shall be consistent with the current versions of the State’s Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (WELO) and the East Bay Municipal Utility District’s Section 31: Water Efficiency Requirements.
Projects shall follow the requirements of the state Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (http://www.water.ca.gov/wateruseefficiency/landscapeordinance/) unless a local landscape ordinance has been determined to be at least as stringent as the current model ordinance.
The final landscape plan shall meet the requirements of the Town of Los Gatos Water Conservation Ordinance or the State Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance, whichever is more restrictive.
The project shall comply with the more restrictive of the outdoor potable water reduction requirements of the California Green Building Standards Code 4.304 and the Manteca Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance.
Landscaping, totaling 500 square feet of more of new landscaping or 2,500 square feet or more of renovated irrigated area, shall comply with the State’s Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (MWELO).
