Water Supply Agreements that certain Water Supply Agreement dated as of October , 2002 among Desert Inn Improvement,Xxxx Resorts Holdings and the Borrower.

Water Supply Agreements means collectively the agreements between the Township and the Water Companies attached hereto as Schedule H. Section 1.2. Whenever the context may require, any pronoun that is used in this Agreement shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine and neuter forms, and the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Water Supply Agreements means the Contract and Agreement, dated as of July 27, 1971, by and among Texas Electric Service Company, the City of Arlington and Tarrant County Water Control and Improvement District Number One, as assigned to Handley Project Owner (as successor in interest via merger to ExTex LaPorte Limited Partnership) as of April 25, 2002 and as amended as of October 25, 2009.
