Website Notice definition

Website Notice means the notice issued to class members via the internet on a settlement website, pursuant to Section 4 of this agreement. A copy of the Website Notice is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

More Definitions of Website Notice

Website Notice means the formal legal notice of the proposed Settlement terms that will be hosted on the Settlement Website, as approved by Class Counsel, Defendant’s Counsel, and the Court.

Website Notice means the Direct Mail Notice made available on the Settlement Website pursuant to this Agreement and substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A. B. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement but not defined above shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this Agreement, including the attached exhibits.

Website Notice means the notice of the terms of the proposed Settlement that shall be provided in the manner contemplated by Section VI.5 herein and that shall appear on the Settlement Website. The Website Notice shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit G hereto.
