Weekly Benefit means the weekly amount payable by the Plan to you if you are Disabled or Partially Disabled.

Disability Benefit When the Plan receives Proof that an Employee is Disabled due to Injury or Sickness and requires the Regular Attendance of a Physician, he may be eligible to receive a Weekly Benefit after the end of the Elimination Period, subject to any other provisions of this Plan.
