Disabled Employee definition

Disabled Employee shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2 hereof.
Disabled Employee means a person eligible to receive a disability retirement allowance from the Washington law enforcement officers' and firefighters' retirement system plan 2 and the public employees' retirement system.
Disabled Employee means the incapacity of an Eligible Employee by reason of bodily Injury or Sickness that prevents the Eligible Employee from performing the material duties of his or her job with the Employer.

More Definitions of Disabled Employee

Disabled Employee means an employee who is disabled within the meaning of section 22(e)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
