Disabled Employee definition

Disabled Employee means a person eligible to receive a disability retirement allowance from the Washington law enforcement officers' and firefighters' retirement system plan 2 and the public employees' retirement system.
Disabled Employee shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2 hereof.
Disabled Employee means an employee who is disabled within the meaning of section 22(e)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Examples of Disabled Employee in a sentence

  • If any Owner is employed by the Company (an "Employee-Owner") and ceases to be an employee of the Company because the Employee-Owner is a Disabled Employee (see paragraph 5.c below), or for any other reason, then such Owner shall be deemed to have offered to sell all of his or her Units (the "Offered Units") to the Other Owners for the Purchase Price and on the Payment Terms described in Articles II and III below.

More Definitions of Disabled Employee

Disabled Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).
