Weekly Compensation definition

Weekly Compensation means the sum of each of the following items divided by 52:
Weekly Compensation means the Participant’s Annual Compensation divided by 52.
Weekly Compensation means the Executive’s Base Salary divided by fifty-two (52).

Weekly Compensation means, with respect to each Covered Employee, the quotient of:
