Welcome Gift definition

Welcome Gift or “Renewal Gift” refers to 375,000 ThankYou Points (“Points”) (equivalent to 150,000 miles).
Welcome Gift or "Offer" or "Gift Offer" shall mean the welcome benefits which may be in the form of gift voucher/ discount /reward of specified item/points, offered to the Cardholders, more particularly described in the welcome booklet provided with the Card.
Welcome Gift means the Platinum Cardholder Gift.

  • The Welcome Gift have not been certified by UOB Malaysia and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of the Welcome Gift in this Campaign be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such Welcome Gift by UOB Malaysia.

  • UOB Malaysia shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any unauthorized third party in respect of the Campaign and/or the Welcome Gift published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials.

  • Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

  • Façade means the principal front or fronts of a building.

  • Day care center means any child day care facility other than a family day care home, and includes infant centers, preschools, extended day care facilities and school age child care centers.

  • Magazines means magazines and other materials printed on similar paper.

  • Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.

  • Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;

  • School nurse means a registered professional nurse with Maine Department of Education certification for school nursing.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Retail Client means a client who is not a professional client;
