Dry Bulk Cargo Wharfage and all other Tariff charges, plus applicable Florida sales tax, will be billed by County to Lessee on a monthly basis, and shall be paid by Lessee to County within thirty (30) days after the date of each invoice.
Lessee’s payment of the Dry Bulk Cargo Wharfage and all other Tariff charges are in addition to all other payments required to be made by Lessee under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Annual Rent and utility charges.

All cargo placed in transit sheds, on dock aprons, in open storage areas, or in, on, and/or across any Broward-County owned land, facilities, or water, including the Premises, is considered to have earned Wharfage when so placed, and Wharfage will be collected on it whether or not it is eventually loaded aboard a vessel.
