The Applicant proposes to construct a facility adjacent to the operating Cedar Springs I/II and Cedar Springs III Wind Energy Facilities contingent upon obtaining approval from the Industrial Siting Council (ISC) and securing other required permits.
During the Lease Term, Lessee, at its sole expense, shall keep and maintain all of the Wind Energy Facilities and Improvements, in good condition and repair; and shall make all necessary repairs, replacements, and renewals, whether structural or nonstructural, foreseen or unforeseen, ordinary or extraordinary, in order to maintain such state of repair and condition.
The Decommissioning and Reclamation Plan shall describe the method and manner for decommissioning all Wind Energy Facilities and Improvements, and reclamation of all planned construction, and known alterations, of any Improvements on the Leased Premises.
The Construction Plan shall describe all Wind Energy Facilities and Improvements to be constructed on the Leased Premises, and all activities to be conducted on the Leased Premises.
