Work Contracts definition

Work Contracts means each contract or agreement, in Seller’s possession, entered into by a Selling Entity with respect to completion of tenant improvement work or base building work in accordance with a Lease or with respect to completion of other construction and capital improvement projects at a Site, including, without limitation, agreements with architects, engineers and other design professionals.
Work Contracts means the TI Contracts, the Repair Contracts and the Development Contracts.
Work Contracts means those work contracts let pursuant to clause 8; Management and Other Services means those management and other Services described in the Specification and Management shall be construed accordingly; Management and Other Services Fee means the fee payable to Six Town under clause 12 (including the Current Services Fee and the New Services Fee) for the provision of the Management and Other Services;
